Returns
We accept returns within 07 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original order and place a new purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
